The Maharashtra Government has announced the Amnesty Scheme 2022 to settle the cases pertaining to the period for payment of the requisite amount will be from April 1st2022 to September 30th, 2022. The State Government has notified the Maharashtra Settlement of Arrears of Tax, Interest, Penalty or Late Fee Act, 2022.
