The proposal of the Ministry of Finance to repeal the Act on the Registration of Sales, which should take effect on 1 January 2023, was discussed and approved by the government today. This means that the legal obligation to electronically record sales, which was suspended for almost two years as a result of the covid pandemic, will not return from next year.
