Humanitarian aid for Ukrainian citizens – rules of exemption from customs and VAT of goods transported to Poland from outside the EU

• We would like to inform you about the possibility of applying exemption from customs and VAT for goods imported to Poland from outside the European Union (EU) as part of humanitarian aid intended for refugees from Ukraine.
• Exemptions are made for goods imported by state / social organizations or authorized charitable or charitable organizations.
