The U.S. Congressional Research Services (CRS) has published a new “In Focus” report dated 17 February 2022 on Section 301Tariff Exclusions on U.S. Imports from China. The report provides background on the Section 301 Tariff for imports from China, as well as information on the Section 301 Tariff exclusion process, exclusions for COVID-19 and medical-care products, reinstating previous tariff exclusions, and issues for Congress.
