The issued tax interpretations show that the problem of selling plots of land, and hence the recognition of the seller as a VAT payer, still raises disputes between the tax authority and the taxpayer. Such a dispute was resolved by a recent judgment of the Provincial Administrative Court in Szczecin, which overruled the tax authority’s interpretation.
