From the beginning of February, excise goods such as LPG or lubricating oils, if they are exempt from excise duty, must, in principle, be moved using electronic delivery documents (hereinafter: “e-DD”). However, does the need to operate the new system also apply to local government units? We will try to answer this question in our newsletter.
