US Administration urged to use tougher trade enforcement tools to ensure Canada and Mexico meet digital trade and DST commitments

 The office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR) must be prepared to deploy the robust tools to ensure that the agreement lives up to its full potential, including in relation to digital trade and Canada’s planned digital services tax (DST) among other things.
