On Jan 26, 2022, the Sejm rejected the Senate’s amendments to the amendment to the VAT act, and on the same day President Andrzej Duda signed the act.
- From February 1, 2022, till July 31, 2022
- VAT on fuel will drop from 23 percent. to 8%, for food it will be reduced to 0%, for fertilizers to 0%, and for electricity and heat to 5%.
