The Mexican Tax Administration (SAT) has issued Official Letter No. 700-04-00-00-00-2022-0004, which was published in the Official Gazette on 18 January 2022. The letter contains an updated list of non-resident digital service providers that have registered under Mexico’s new requirements, which generally apply from 1 June 2020. The list, which contained 122 companies as on 31 October 2021, now contains 129 companies as on 31 December 2021, including the addition of Agoda Company Pte. Ltd., College Board, Discord Inc., High Morale Developments Limited, Paddle.Com Market Limited, Espasa Calpe, S.A., and IMG Media Limited.
