The Verkhovna Rada adopted Bill №4278, which improved the procedure for taxation of VAT and customs duties on international postal and express items imported into Ukraine, the value of which exceeds the equivalent of 150 euros. The tax-free limit will be the same for businesses and ordinary citizens
