A factory complex (a woolen fabric factory) was bought by a third party and developed in four parts. Three parts of the complex have been completely demolished and new construction has been built on site. Major work has been carried out on one part.
The question is whether VAT is due on the delivery of the woolen fabric factory because a manufactured good has been produced as a result of the renovation work?
