The Directorate-General for Taxes (DGI) of the Democratic Republic of the Congo recently issued an Official Communique (posted 27 Dec 2021 on Facebook) regarding a training program that has been established for the electronic declaration of taxes for all taxable persons, beginning with taxpayers under the large taxpayer unit. The communique provides that all taxpayer that have been trained must now declare their taxes electronically and paper declarations will no longer be accepted.
