The new VAT exemption for the (para)medical sector explained

Will you, as a (para)medic, still benefit from the VAT exemption? In the future, this will only apply to therapeutic treatments. But what is the criterion for “therapeutic”? The new rules are anything but clear because the circular has still not been published.
