There will be no consent of the European Union to apply a zero VAT rate on natural gas, electricity and heating – the RMF FM radio correspondent in Brussels unofficially established. Reason? This is ruled out by the new VAT directive. However, the European Commission agrees that Poland will apply reduced VAT to these energy products.
