The Draft Bill for the Creation and Growth of Companies , published in the Official Gazette of the Cortes Generales on December 17 and currently in the amendment phase in the Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation Commission of Congress, contemplates, among other novelties, the promotion of the use of electronic invoicing in operations between companies and the self-employed.
