From the beginning of January 2022, taxpayers can now issue electronic invoices through the National System of e-Invoices. A regulation has just been published in the Journal of Laws, which specifies the rules for using the new form of invoicing – so far it is voluntary. However, the incentives may not be enough. The Ministry of Finance wants e-invoicing to become obligatory in 2023.
