The tax part of the Polish Deal, in force from January 1, 2022, gave the tax office new tools to fight the shadow economy and tax fraud. These are acquisitions verifying and temporary attachment of movable property. KAS will therefore target everyone – not only those who have violated their tax obligations in the past or who have been found to have an increased risk of violating the law.
