In Act of 21 December 2020 no. 168 on amendments to the VAT Act , Roman numerals II shall read:
The Act enters into force on 1 January 2021. The Act only applies to alternative treatment in the form of acupuncture which is sold or mediated from and including 1 January 2022, and osteopathy and naprapathy which is sold or mediated from and including 1 July 2022. For osteopathy and naprapathy, from the time osteopaths and naprapaths are covered by the Health Personnel Act § 48 first paragraph, authorization must be applied for within two months. For others than the person applying for authorization, the Act applies from two months after the time osteopaths and naprapaths are covered by the Health Personnel Act § 48 first paragraph.
