On Monday, December 20, 2021, an ordinance of the Minister of Finance on the reduction of VAT on natural gas, heat and electricity was published in the Journal of Laws. According to its content, from January 1, 2022, VAT rates for natural gas, heat and electricity will drop. The reduced rates are to apply until March 31 next year.
