Moldova’s State Tax Service has announced that the application of the 6% reduced VAT rate for services and food supplies by entities providing accommodation and restaurant services is extended until 15 January 2022. The extension is provided considering a recent decision of the Commission for Exceptional Situations that extended the state of emergency for COVID-19 to that date.
