In 2022, the use of e-invoices will be optional, and from 2023 it will be mandatory for all VAT payers. Poland will be the fourth country in the European Union to implement this pioneering e-service. Another SLIM VAT 3 simplification package will be available for consultation at the end of the year, informs the Ministry of Finance.
