An independent homeopath, frequency therapist, paranormal therapist and magnetizer, registered with the Dutch Order of Alternative Healers (NOAG), does not charge VAT on its services. The Court of Appeal ruled incorrectly: the VAT exemption only applies to BIG-registered healthcare providers and the relevant registration is not equivalent in this case.
