The Puerto Rico Treasury Department (PRTD) has issued Internal Revenue Informative Bulletin Number 21-08 (IR IB 21-08) to provide notice of changes in sales and use tax (SUT) filing requirements.
Action item: The SUT filing process for imports, sales, and use will now be consolidated in one return beginning for SUT returns due on November 22, 2021.
