The ANAF Order for the reporting of SAF-T (M.O. 1073/ November 9, 2021) was published:
– for large taxpayers, the reporting obligation will start from January 1, 2022;
– for the “new large taxpayers” the reporting obligation will start from 1 July 2022;
– grace period of 6 months.
