A complaint against the decision of the court of first instance, brought after the entry into force of the Code of Civil Procedure, i.e. after November 6, 2019, concerning the remuneration of the probation officer, is examined by a different composition of the court of first instance. Also in cases where an order for payment was issued in the writ proceedings. The curator’s remuneration includes VAT – such a resolution was adopted by the Civil Chamber of the Supreme Court.
