Order published on the Model and Procedure for the organisation and registration in the RO e-Invoice Register

Registration in the RO e-Invoice Register is mandatory for taxpayers that opt to utilize the RO e-Invoice system in commercial relations with other economic operators (B2B).

The E-Invoicing system can only be used only if both the supplier and the customer are registered
