Retroactively from 30 July 2021, Nigeria expands and clarifies the scope of VAT exempt supplies for amongst others petroleum products, renewable energy equipment, raw materials for the production of baby diapers and sanitary towels, raw materials for the production of pharmaceutical products, shared passenger and road-transport services.
