The pardon, the full text of which can be found here, responds to the sharp rise in the prices of these commodities on world markets. At the same time, the Ministry of Finance submitted to the Government a draft amendment to the VAT Act, which would exempt the supply of electricity and gas from 21% VAT for the entire year 2022, with effect from 1 January 2022.
