The Ministry of Finance will take a series of steps aimed at enforcing a zero VAT rate on the supply of electricity and gas in the Czech Republic. Electricity and gas prices on world markets are rising sharply, which has a negative impact on all economic operators, especially low-income households and small and medium-sized enterprises that do not pay VAT.
