E-invoicing: a new transposition into national legislation of the provisions of Directive 2014/55/EU
The e-fatura system will start for invoices between companies and the public sector (business to government – B2G), and will be extended to business relations (business to business – B2B) from the end of the year. Authorities expect the new invoice mechanism to help reduce evasion.
