According to the District Court of the Northern Netherlands, the delivery of large plots with the destination ‘Living in Nature’ and ‘Nature’ is one achievement. This performance is subject to VAT as a construction site. 75% of each plot has a nature destination, but forms one whole with the building part. Splitting is actually not possible. In addition, housing is ultimately the top priority.
