Electronic invoices, failure to join the consultation service by the deadline of 30 September 2021 will result in the loss of the XML files relating to the transitional period. The Revenue Agency is authorized to make only the invoice data available.

After the deadline of 30 September , the deadline for joining the retroactive consultation service , the Revenue Agency is no longer authorized to make the XML of electronic invoices available to the taxpayer.
These are in detail the files of the transitional period , i.e. from 1 July 2019 to 30 September 2021, temporarily stored by the Agency, pending completion of the procedural procedure for the protection of personal data requested by the Privacy Authority. .
For those who have not signed up , only the invoice data will be available for consultation until 31 December of the eighth year following the reference declaration .
