Belgium’s Federal Public Service (SPF) Finance has issued a release announcing that the support measures provided by the General Administration of Customs and Excise in response to the COVID-19 pandemic are no longer applied from 1 October 2021. This includes the support measure relating to the terms of payment of excise duties and the packaging levy for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages/products, as well as the late payment interest relief.
