The Court of Appeal in Abuja has joined Lagos State as the third respondent in the legal battle between the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) and Rivers. Justice Tsammani adjourned the matter to Oct. 7 for proceedings to continue in the Port Harcourt division of the court.
