The ordinance relating to the new obligation of electronic invoicing and electronic transmission of invoicing and payment data, announced by article 195 of the finance law for 2021, was published on September 16, 2021. It specifies in particular the general framework of economic operators and the flows of sales and purchases affected by the new obligation.
