The Arnhem-Leeuwarden Court ruled that the zero rate for the years prior to 2008 was correctly applied. For those years, the conditions for applying the zero rate have been met, even if there are deficiencies here and there. The Supreme Court declares the appeal in cassation without further motivation unfounded (art. 81 paragraph 1 RO Act).
