Factoring transactions are not subject to VAT if the object of the debt are currency values, securities, including compensation securities (certificates), investment certificates, fixed-income mortgage certificates, operations on assignment of the right to claim mortgage loans (loans), housing checks, vouchers and derivatives. Other factoring transactions are subject to VAT.
