- The Council of Ministers adopted the draft amendments to the VAT Act implementing the National System of e-Invoices (KSeF).
- The Ministry of Finance wants to test the new solution together with business from October 2021, so that as many companies as possible can fully use e-invoices in 2022.
- At the same time, the Ministry of Finance published a draft version of the e-invoice logical structure. We developed it taking into account the comments submitted during tax consultations with entrepreneurs.
