The Trade Inspection and municipal guards will get new powers. They will be able to issue tickets to sellers who do not issue receipts for the sale of cigarettes, tobacco and alcohol. Recidivists will risk revoking their permit to trade in alcoholic products. The amendment to the fiscal penal code is to be adopted this year.
