Germany is changing the way the
place of supply is determined at
events with admission privileges
and online seminars.
Recently the European Court of
Justice has given its view on the
determination of the place of
supply (place of taxation) for
events. The German authorities
have adopted the view of the ECJ
and commented on online
seminars for the first time.
