The Ministry of Finance starts public consultations on the draft act introducing the e-invoice. Progress has been made in the roll-out of the Polish CTC (continuous transaction control) system. It will be present next to paper invoices and electronic invoices already present in the economic circulation. In 2023, the use of e-invoices will become obligatory.
