The National System of e-Invoices will start operating in January 2022, and not already in October this year, as previously planned by the Ministry of Finance. Initially, its use will be voluntary, but the Ministry of Finance wants to oblige all entities to invoice electronically. The assumption is to simplify sales documentation and VAT settlement. However, the new system will not cover all documents.
