Just before the summer recess, the legislator and the government were very active in adapting VAT legislation and implementing regulations. This concerns a series of topics, in addition to the various far-reaching changes that have already come into effect with regard to the new e-commerce rules at EU level (click here for our latest newsletter on the matter). However, a number of the changes mentioned have yet to be published in the Belgian Official Gazette on the date of this newsletter.
