Entrepreneurs who are already or have to be registered for VAT cannot apply the registration threshold of the small business scheme for very small entrepreneurs.
The State Secretary of Finance has decided this by revising the decision of 10 June 2021 ( UN 2021/31.14 ).
This concerns, for example, entrepreneurs who report to the tax authorities because of a right to a refund of VAT or because they are obliged to register with the Chamber of Commerce. An error in the calculation has also been corrected.
The new decree will enter into force on July 23, 2021.
