The Ministry of Finance is working on regulations that will allow companies to form groups and jointly settle VAT. Tax advisors praise the idea, but do not predict it will be very popular. In their opinion, the Ministry of Finance should consider further simplification of the regulations – especially since submitting single control files by VAT groups can be particularly complicated.
