Comes the Official Circular No: 30240 of June 25, 2021 , to clarify the scope of the new special arrangements, hereinafter referred to as the Single Window schemes, approved by Law No. 47/2020 of 24 August in conjunction with Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 282/2011 of the Council, of 15 March 2011, regarding the modalities, registration and obligations of the new Balcão Único regime.
