Poland has announced that it intends to make B2B electronic invoicing mandatory in 2023. The new invoicing system’s charactristics are summarized in the bill published in February by the ministry of finance. The ministry has also published comments and clarifications to questions posed about the bill. After much analysis it is expected that the bill will give wat to a law that will determine the functionality of the new system. The new law is expected to be published in October and applied in January 2021.
