In order to accept or reject cashless purchases from other taxpayers, from July 1, 2021, the Albanian taxpayers also must be provided with an electronic certificate for fiscalization. Meanwhile, from the same date, they must issue an electronic invoice for cashless sales transactions to other taxpayers.
