President Andrzej Duda signed a major amendment to the VAT Act, including the so-called e-commerce package. It goes, among others on the abolition of VAT exemptions on imports, the so-called small shipments with a value of up to EUR 22, as well as a significant expansion of the scope of transactions that can be settled for VAT purposes using the simplified One Stop Shop procedure.
