The list of approved airlines has been updated for 2021. The Danish Tax Agency has recognized that 24 airlines, for a fee, mainly fly in foreign traffic and are therefore on the list for 2021.
Airlines that want to be included in the list must apply to the Danish Tax Agency annually.
The notification sets out a number of conditions that must be met in order for the airline to be able to obtain an exemption from VAT on deliveries by and to the individual aircraft.
